I competed in the Atlantic USA NPC Competition on Saturday, March 15, 2014. I placed 1st in Open Figure Class C, 1st Masters Figure Over 40 and I won a special award for best Abs (Female). I am so happy with the results. God is good! If you remain faithful, prayerful and persistent, you can achieve your goals. Special thanks to my wonderful coach, Steve Payne! Now that I am national qualified, I will begin preparing for my first national competition.
